# Third-party notices

Swoop Lab software is proprietary (see LICENSE). This file lists third-party
software, services, fonts, imagery, and references actually used by the app.
Nothing here claims ownership of those materials. No GPL, LGPL, or AGPL
components were found in this repository.

Local working copies of FAI publications (`analysis/fai-cp-2026.pdf`) and
gSwoop oracle dumps (`analysis/gswoop-raw/`) must stay off the public host.
They are not part of the swoop-lab.com publish tree.

## GoatCounter

Production (`swoop-lab.com`) loads the hosted GoatCounter script
`https://gc.zgo.at/count.js` with `data-goatcounter="https://swoop-lab.goatcounter.com/count"`.
Not vendored. GoatCounter remains its authors' software; Swoop Lab uses the
hosted service.

Footer outbound link only (`https://buymeacoffee.com/3ylist`). Not software
bundled in this repository.

## FAI / ISC course dimensions

`courses/fai2026.js` holds course dimensions derived from FAI / ISC Canopy
Piloting Competition Rules. FAI retains ownership of its publications and
trademarks. Swoop Lab implementation and software are independent and
unaffiliated. Preset label: FAI 2026 (not an official certified course).

The local PDF `analysis/fai-cp-2026.pdf` is a working copy of an FAI
publication. It must stay off the public host.

## FlySight-compatible CSV

The app imports FlySight-compatible CSV tracks. Parser, graphs, Measure, and
analysis are independent Swoop Lab implementations. They are not FlySight
Viewer source and are not affiliated with FlySight.

## gSwoop metrics reference

`engine/index.js` cites https://gswoop.com/metrics.htm as a third-party
reference for metric definitions. Swoop Lab did not write gSwoop. Local
oracle dumps in `analysis/gswoop-raw/` must stay off the public host.
