DWIPE is dressed weight including clothing, footwear, and parachute gear, excluding the weight belt (AIW). 1 kg is subtracted from measured DWIPE before the chart (wet or scale discrepancy). Max AIW 15.9 kg. Over that after the 1 kg check is a minimum result for the round. Belt must be a single-handle quick-release on the front of the torso. FAI ISC 2026 Annex E; USPA CP uses the same cap and chart. This is a reading of the published chart, not an official weigh-in.
